We wish to inform you that the Norwegian Authority flagged the soft yellow plastic material of the Pineapple Blast placed on the EU market during 2017/2018, as containing an excessive amount of Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)

We take the quality and safety of our products very seriously and would like to apologize to all affected customers for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

What we have done: 

Earlier last month, we reached the Norwegian Authority who led the analysis on our product to discuss the necessary steps. In the meantime, we also sent a new sample of item n. 52234, manufactured in the same 2017/2018 period, to a third notified laboratory in Europe, to check again its compliance with REACH Regulations.  

Analysis results of the new sample show that the item is compliant with the legislation in force and has passed the REACH test.  

We shared these results with the Norwegian Authority, which confirmed that in light of the new test reports the product complies with the regulations and is therefore safe to sell.
